In 2019, Enon moved to Denver with dreams of advancing his culinary career, taking up a position with Hilton Hotels. His expertise and passion for cooking laid the foundation for TSK, where each dish is a testament to his dedication and skill.
Renel Straker’s move to Colorado in 2020 was driven by a deep commitment to her family. Leaving behind her career, she joined Enon to support his aspirations and keep their family united. Renel’s experiences as a mother and her understanding of the critical role nutrition plays in mental health inspired many of TSK’s community-focused initiatives.
